How do I prepare my artwork so it is ready to print?
To get the best quality print possible, we like the artwork to be at 300dpi or better, and suited to work with PHOTOSHOP or ILLUSTRATOR. If using Photoshop we prefer the files be in *.psd or *.tiff format, with layers. If you can only provide a flat JPG file, make sure it is large enough for us to seperate the layers (300dpi and to scale). If using Illustrator, we prefer the files to be in *.ai or *.eps. Remember, it is easier to scale up the design than down, so make sure your design is size you want it on the garment or larger so we can scale it down to the size you want without losing quality.

info@merchbymischief.com, preferably if the file is under 20mb. If you have a larger or multiple files to send you can use
Sendspace (for free) up to 300mb or we can even provide you with ftp access to our servers.
We can print up to 8 fantastical colors on one design. But there are also other styles of printing that allow your design to look like it has many more. Check out our services above for more these options and consult with us about which option would be the best for you.
Yup no problem! You can mix and match shirt colors no problem as long as the ink colors do not change. If they do, there will be an additional charge, sorry! Shirt sizes can definitely be mixed, but keep in mind that anything 2XL and up will cost more.
That depends on what you want! We have distributors that provide with an array of t-shirt brands for you to choose from. Consult with us about which brand best suits your needs based on type, sizing, and pricing.
Our quotes are broken down into shirt costs + printing costs + shipping, so you can see each pricing seperately. We will work with you to find the cheapest shipping option available so it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
We can do rush orders for an extra fee, determined by how much of a rush your order is. We will work with you to get the fastest time and cheapest price.
Our standard turn around time is 7-10 days from the day of printing, unless there is a previously aggreed upon date beforehand.
